VR Shekvetili Forest~Beach | By Paragraph represents a newly established destination along Georgia’s Black Sea coast, designed to support an active lifestyle suited to all four seasons. Situated on a 40-hectare site adjacent to the Paragraph Hotel in Shekvetili, the project encompasses a 1,200-meter stretch of protected shoreline, a boulevard, and a network of cycling and pedestrian paths. Together, these elements create a comfortable and diverse environment for both residents and visitors.

The synthesis of nature’s four life-sustaining energies with the latest innovations in global architecture is set to establish a new epicenter of attraction within the region, playing a pivotal role in advancing the country’s economic development.

The project offers an unprecedented level of infrastructure that caters comprehensively to the demands and expectations of modern living – all within the confines of the development itself.
