We are building a premium-class, modern-planned residential area on Grigol Volski Street. Krtsanisi Resort Residence
VR VAKE SKYVIEW TOWER
The construction of the VR Vake Skyview Tower, which will be located in Vake, at 49 Chavchavadze street, namely at the place of the former Sports University. VR Vake Skyview is 180 meters tall, the tallest building in Tbilisi. This is an innovative project that is important in the development of the country's economy, and in addition, we have created a project that introduces the latest standards in the city center.
VR SHEKVETILI FOREST〜BEACH
VR Shekvetili Forest~Beach is a new destination on the Black Sea coast, designed for active living in all four seasons. The project will be built on the area of 40 hectares of land adjacent to the paragraph. The synthesis of the 4 life-giving energies of nature and the world's latest architecture will create a new epicenter of attraction in the region and make a great contribution to the development of the country's economy.

Our residents will have the opportunity to play padel tennis, often referred to simply as padel, a sport that combines elements of tennis and squash. Padel has gained significant popularity in recent years. Padel is known for its social and inclusive nature, making it accessible to people of all ages. This game is relatively easy for beginners to pick up, but it also offers plenty of opportunity for strategy and finesse for more experienced players. The projects provide fitness rooms equipped with the latest exercise equipment. Our clients will be able to use the existing infrastructure completely free of charge

Amphitheaters have a distinctive semicircular or oval shape with tiered seating to provide a good view of the audience

The projects include bicycle and pedestrian paths, which are important components of the city’s infrastructure. They play a critical role in keeping pedestrians and cyclists safe, encouraging active transport, reducing traffic congestion and promoting shared urban living

It is very important for us to create an environmentally friendly environment. For this purpose, the concept of all projects provides for 70% of recreation and entertainment areas, which are arranged even before the start of construction

The project includes a level, elevated and marked area where helicopters can take off and land safely. Helipads play an important role in modern aviation and are an efficient means of transportation. Helicopters are needed in a variety of situations and serve several important purposes: transportation, medical evacuation, corporate transportation and rapid logistics
