VR Shekvetili Forest~Beach | By Paragraph represents a new destination on the Black Sea coastline, designed for active lifestyle at all four seasons. The project covers construction works on the 40-hectare land area adjacent to the hotel Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili, Autograph Collection. The synthesis of the 4 life-giving powers of nature and the latest architecture of the world shall create a new epicenter of attraction throughout the region and shall contribute to the development of the economy of the country.

The location for the innovative and multifunctional project was chosen due to its outstanding natural features: healing magnetic sand, humid subtropical and ionized air; Bichvinta perennial pine forest and the magnetic beach with healing properties as well as pure sea water shall have a positive effect on the health of the future residents.

In the heart of Shekvetili region, located between The Black Sea and pine tree forest, a remarkable story unfolds, daring to push the boundaries of innovation and luxury.

This unique land plot area in the village of Shekvetili, stretches between the forest and the sea. This area, according to experts, is ideal for many types of flora and fauna. Shekvetili’s main feature is black magnetic sand, the colour of which is due to the presence of magnetite in it. Rest in such a place will be favorable for people with sore joints and diseases of the cardiovascular system. It is good to rest here with children: the entry to the sea is sloping and shallow, there are no big waves and strong winds, and also it is possible to find many shells on the coast. Pine trees grow along the beach, giving the air a special smell, and in the evenings, many people prefer to walk in the eucalyptus park, where there are 35 sculptures of musicians and fountains.

The two-story villa is located on the first stretch of the Black Sea coastline. The land area is from 2256 sq.m. to 2333 sq.m. The total area of villa is 550 sq.m, of which 366 sq.m is a living space and 184 sq.m is a summer area. The villa has a private pool by the beach. A total of 6 villas are for sale.

VIP Villa:

The villa is located on the second section of the Black Sea coastline. The land area is from 811 sq.m. to 815 sq.m. The total area of the villa is 446 sq.m, of which 275 sq.m is a living space, and 171 sq.m is the summer area. A total of 7 villas are for sale.
