Another project of VR HOLDING, VR VAKE SKYVIEW TOWER, will be located in Vake, Ilia Chavchavadze avenue 49, in particular, in the place of the former Sports University.
This is an innovative project, which is very important for the development of the country’s economy. The project will have a positive impact in terms of establishing a new standard in the capital and improving the standard of living.
In order to implement the project, the development company VR Holding has an obligation to the city, which the company fulfills.
The existing obligation implies the following:
1. Satisfaction of the IDPs;
2. Construction of Sambo University;
3. Construction of the University of Physical Education.
Up to 40 displaced families, who lived in a dilapidated building based on the conclusion of the Levan Samkharauli Forensic Examination Bureau, were satisfied with apartments and monetary compensation, which allowed us to dismantle the existing dilapidated building and fully implement the project.
