The head of government indicated that this project will have a positive impact on the general investment environment of the country, increase the interest of foreign investors, which will ultimately have a positive impact on the country”s economy.

As we have heard from the investor, special emphasis will be placed on ecology and a healthy lifestyle. “Krtsanisi Resort Residence” will become a model project that will establish a new standard in our capital. “As you know, the current global crisis, along with other industries, has turned out to be a huge challenge for the development sector. We would also like to remind you that in 2020, a program was approved by our government, which, along with other government business support programs, brought significant support to this sector.
“Krtsanisi Resort Residence” is the largest development project in our country today. “This is an example that even in the most difficult conditions, we should only think about development, and I would like to note that this bold decision made by the investor is very much appreciated,” – said the Prime Minister.
For information, “Krtsanisi Resort Residence” was founded in 2010 by businessman Noshrevan Namoradze. Investment was made in 8 hectares of land and its development was successfully completed. Due to the high demand for the project, the company additionally purchased 12 hectares of land, designed and created a multifunctional residential complex with modern planning and the highest standards. The total development of the project covered 20 hectares of land.
Under the project, the company will employ up to 100 local subcontractors, employing thousands of people over the years. It should be noted that the construction part will be implemented by the Georgian company “Domus Construction”, where hundreds of people will be employed for the construction of one phase.
