On October 29, 2021, an agreement was signed at the headquarters of Schüco (Germany) between Schüco International KG Vice President Jorgham Westphalia and Villa Residence founder Noshiko Namoradze.
By agreement, glass windows and doors (with a sliding mechanism) from the world-famous German brand Schüco will be installed on the facades of the Krtsanisi Resort Residence project.
