Within the framework of the project, the minimum area starts from 39 sq.m. As for the maximum, residents are not limited in this regard. You can get almost every size flat by merging the partitions. The layout and design of the rooms shall be in accordance with your decision, however, our experienced designers and architects will be delighted to provide consultation. Furthermore, we have the opportunity to offer you apartments with fully equipped renovation.
Terms of handover:
Apartments were handed over with free space without partitions. Individual repairs were offered on request.
