The project is designed to meet the wishes and expectations of the customers and combines all the details necessary for comfort: starting with high quality construction materials, completed with the hotel type services. Within the framework of the project, the minimum area starts from 39 sq.m. As for the maximum, residents are not limited in this regard. You can get almost every size flat by merging the partitions. The layout and design of the rooms shall be in accordance with your decision, however, our experienced designers and architects will be delighted to provide consultation. Furthermore, we have the opportunity to offer you apartments with fully equipped renovation.
Terms of handover:
Apartments were handed over with free space without partitions. Individual repairs were offered on request.

Amphitheatres have a distinctive semicircular or oval shape with tiered seating to provide a good view of the audience

It is very important for us to create an environmentally friendly environment. For this purpose, the concept of all projects provides for 70% of recreation and entertainment areas, which are arranged even before the start of construction

The project includes a level, elevated and marked area where helicopters can take off and land safely. Helipads play an important role in modern aviation and are an efficient means of transportation. Helicopters are needed in a variety of situations and serve several important purposes: transportation, medical evacuation, corporate transportation and rapid logistics
