VR Holding proceeds the development of Krtsanisi Resort Residence modern district. Construction covers the premium class modern design residential area on Grigol Volski street. Krtsanisi Resort Residence – is the first resort-type settlement in the diplomatic residence complex. Terms of handover:
The apartments are completed in a green-frame condition. If desired, individually, we also offer complete and high-quality repairs, where you will find a fully equipped bathroom, a built-in kitchen with a stove, exhaust hood and dishwasher, a central heating system with a heating boiler and radiators.
Krtsanisi Resort Residence comprises of 6 phases, of which the first three phases have already been completed and the remaining phases are still under construction. As of today, the fourth and fifth phase blocks are on offer.
