We are building a premium-class, modern-planned residential area on Grigol Volski Street. Krtsanisi Resort Residence
VR VAKE SKY TOWER
The construction of the VR Vake Sky Tower, which will be located in Vake, at 49 Chavchavadze street, namely at the place of the former Sports University. VR Vake Sky Tower is 230 meters tall, the tallest building in Tbilisi. This is an innovative project that is important in the development of the country's economy, and in addition, we have created a project that introduces the latest standards in the city center.
VR SHEKVETILI FOREST〜BEACH | BY PARAGRAPH
VR Shekvetili Forest~Beach | By Paragraph is a new destination on the Black Sea coast, designed for active living in all four seasons. The project will be built on the area of 40 hectares of land adjacent to the paragraph. The synthesis of the 4 life-giving energies of nature and the world's latest architecture will create a new epicenter of attraction in the region and make a great contribution to the development of the country's economy.

In our projects you will find multifunctional buildings designed and built for multiple uses or purposes within a single site. These buildings combine various functions such as residential, commercial, office, retail, entertainment and cultural into one coherent structure
Horseback Riding and Stable
The projects include stables and a hippodrome. The stables ensure that we look after the welfare of the horses and the mini racecourse allows residents to enjoy and enjoy the horses.
Playgrounds for Children
Children’s playgrounds are recreational spaces specifically designed for children to play, learn, and participate in physical and social activities. We have created such spaces in our projects because these spaces are necessary for the development and well-being of children
Padel Tennis
Our residents will have the opportunity to play padel tennis, often referred to simply as padel, a sport that combines elements of tennis and squash
Fitness Centers
The projects provide fitness rooms equipped with Technogym equipments. Our clients will be able to use the existing infrastructure completely free of charge

In our projects, the amphitheatre is intended to host various public performances, entertainment events, theatrical performances, concerts, sporting events, lectures, ceremonies and meetings. Amphitheatres have a distinctive semicircular or oval shape with tiered seating to provide a good view of the audience

The projects include bicycle and pedestrian paths, which are important components of the city’s infrastructure. They play a critical role in keeping pedestrians and cyclists safe, encouraging active transport, reducing traffic congestion and promoting shared urban living
70% Recreational Area
It is very important for us to create an environmentally friendly environment. For this purpose, the concept of all projects provides for 70% of recreation and entertainment areas, which are arranged even before the start of construction
Helipad
The project includes a level, elevated and marked area where helicopters can take off and land safely. Helipads play an important role in modern aviation and are an efficient means of transportation. Helicopters are needed in a variety of situations and serve several important purposes: transportation, medical evacuation, corporate transportation and rapid logistics
