We are building a premium-class, modern-planned residential area on Grigol Volski Street. Krtsanisi Resort Residence is the first resort-type settlement in the diplomatic district. Clean air, peace and ecologically healthy environment are one of the most important features of the project.

VR VAKE SKY TOWER

The construction of the VR Vake Sky Tower, which will be located in Vake, at 49 Chavchavadze street, namely at the place of the former Sports University. VR Vake Sky Tower is 230 meters tall, the tallest building in Tbilisi.
