Working on this project is important and responsible for us, since Villa Residence has been promoting a healthy lifestyle since its foundation. Accordingly, our goal is to improve the health of the area, to establish a prestigious, modern, premium quality sports university with indoor and outdoor fields.
The university building has been in a state of disrepair for years, its infrastructure is not maintained, therefore students cannot receive proper education. The new building will support the upbringing and development of many successful young Georgian athletes.
At the same time, our company will fully fulfill its obligations to the state. We will hand over to our city a new sports university and a sambo hall equipped with international standards within the required time frame.
Also, the company will work to add to Tbilisi a multifunctional complex compatible with the territory.
We will create a special, distinctive and unique project that the residents of Tbilisi will be proud of.
