VR Shekvetili Forest~Beach represents a new destination on the Black Sea coastline, designed for active lifestyle at all four seasons. The project covers construction works on the 40-hectare land area adjacent to the hotel Paragraph Resort & Spa Shekvetili, Autograph Collection. The synthesis of the 4 life-giving powers of nature and the latest architecture of the world shall create a new epicenter of attraction throughout the region and shall contribute to the development of the economy of the country.
The location for the innovative and multifunctional project was chosen due to its outstanding natural features: healing magnetic sand, humid subtropical and ionized air; Bichvinta perennial pine forest and the magnetic beach with healing properties as well as pure sea water shall have a positive effect on the health of the future residents.

VR Holding offers 3 types of villas:
FOREST~BEACH Villa:
The two-story villa is located on the first stretch of the Black Sea coastline. The land area is from 2256 sq.m. to 2333 sq.m. The total area of villa is 550 sq.m., of which 366 sq.m. is a living space and 184 sq.m. is a summer area. The villa has a private pool by the beach. A total of 6 villas are for sale.
VIP Villa:
The villa is located on the second section of the Black Sea coastline. The land area is from 811 sq.m. to 815 sq.m. The total area of the villa is 446 sq.m., of which 275 sq.m. is a living space, and 171 sq.m. is the summer area. A total of 7 villas are for sale

PAYMENT TERMS
We try our best to help our residents, that’s why at the end of the payment we give them the opportunity to keep 10% of the amount and pay the given 10% after the construction is finished. For added convenience, residents can pay either monthly or quarterly. VR Holding also offers a bank mortgage loan. We have a long-standing relationship with banks in Georgia, which makes it easier for customers to use mortgage loans when purchasing property in our projects.
