VR Holding further continues to design and build innovative projects. The company commenced construction of new premium class project with modern design – VR Vake Skyview Tower, which hall be located on the site of the former Sports University at 49 Chavchavadze Avenue, Vake district. VR Vake Skyview is the tallest building in Tbilisi with the height of 180 meters. This innovative project plays the crucial role in terms of the development of the economy of the country; furthermore, we created a project that introduces the latest standards in the city center. The objective of the company for VR Vake Skyview is to become the epicenter of attraction for Tbilisi residents and city visitors, to create considerable number of workplaces, to attract foreign investments and to make significant financial contribution to the economy of the country. We believe that the project shall have significant positive impact in terms of establishing a new standard and improving the quality of life within the city.
VR VAKE SKYVIEW project includes the repair and improvement of existing roads and infrastructure. Within the framework of the project, it is scheduled to widen the roads, develop recreational areas and places to rest, create squares and arrange additional parking spaces, which the residents of the surrounding area will be able to use. It should be highlighted, that the largest swimming pool in South Caucasus shall be located on the top floor of the multifunctional complex. Herewith, helipad shall be arranged on the rooftop of the building. All the above mentioned shall add more value to Vake district.
Within the format of this project, 5-star apartments of Marriott Executive Apartments shall be provided, which shall be intended for long-term rental and their owners will be able to receive all the benefits of the complex.

Project development consists of three stages:
First stage: covers the construction of a Sports University of modern standards required by the state and designed for 1 800 students, in which modern auditoriums, a sambo hall, sports halls and stadiums will be arranged. VR HOLDING is aimed at creating a pleasant and productive environment for all students in order to receive a full-fledged education.
Second stage: covers the repair and improvement of existing roads and infrastructure. Within the framework of the project, it is scheduled to widen the roads, develop recreational areas and places to rest, create squares and arrange additional parking spaces, which the residents of the surrounding area will be able to use.
Third stage: covers the construction of VR VAKE SKYVIEW – multifunctional, innovative, modern architecture and distinctive design development project which is compatible with the area and shall add more value to the country.
Terms of handover: apartments are handed over with high-quality renovations
Project completion date: December 2027
PAYMENT TERMS
We try our best to help our residents, that’s why at the end of the payment we give them the opportunity to keep 10% of the amount and pay the given 10% after the construction is finished. For added convenience, residents can pay either monthly or quarterly. VR Holding also offers a bank mortgage loan. We have a long-standing relationship with banks in Georgia, which makes it easier for customers to use mortgage loans when purchasing property in our projects.
