VR Holding proceeds the development of Krtsanisi Resort Residence modern district. Construction covers the premium class modern design residential area on Grigol Volsky street. Krtsanisi Resort Residence – is the first resort-type settlement in the diplomatic residence complex. Fresh air, relaxing and eco-friendly environment are one of the most important features of the project.
Krtsanisi Resort Residence covers 20 hectares land area in historical and prestigious part of Tbilisi, in Krtsanisi. Krtsanisi Resort Residence is located only 6 kilometers away from Freedom Square and 17 kilometers away from the airport; from the territory, you may clearly observe splendid panoramic views of the city.

Terms of handover:
The apartments are completed in a green-frame condition. If desired, individually, we also offer complete and high-quality repairs, where you will find a fully equipped bathroom, a built-in kitchen with a stove, exhaust hood and dishwasher, a central heating system with a heating boiler and radiators.
Krtsanisi Resort Residence comprises of 6 phases, of which the first three phases have already been completed and the remaining phases are still under construction. As of today, the fourth and fifth phase blocks are on offer.

PAYMENT TERMS
We try our best to help our residents, that’s why at the end of the payment we give them the opportunity to keep 10% of the amount and pay the given 10% after the construction is finished. For added convenience, residents can pay either monthly or quarterly. VR Holding also offers a bank mortgage loan. We have a long-standing relationship with banks in Georgia, which makes it easier for customers to use mortgage loans when purchasing property in our projects.
