VR Holding proceeds the development of Krtsanisi Resort Residence modern district. Construction covers the premium class modern design residential area on Grigol Volski street. Krtsanisi Resort Residence – is the first resort-type settlement in the diplomatic residence complex. Fresh air, relaxing and eco-friendly environment are one of the most important features of the project.
Krtsanisi Resort Residence covers 20 hectares land area in historical and prestigious part of Tbilisi, in Krtsanisi. The best construction and decoration materials are used in Krtsanisi Resort Residence. The blocks are cast in monolithic type structure; energy efficient materials are used and ventilated natural stone façade in travertine is presented; Schüco sliding doors and windows are used and Otis panoramic elevators are installed.

Distance between the buildings is 25-50 meters, and recreational area of various types of plants is arranged around the residences. Terms of handover:
The apartments are completed in a green-frame condition. If desired, individually, we also offer complete and high-quality repairs, where you will find a fully equipped bathroom, a built-in kitchen with a stove, exhaust hood and dishwasher, a central heating system with a heating boiler and radiators.
Krtsanisi Resort Residence comprises of 6 phases, of which the first three phases have already been completed and the remaining phases are still under construction. As of today, the fourth and fifth phase blocks are on offer.

We try our best to help our residents, that’s why at the end of the payment we give them the opportunity to keep 10% of the amount and pay the given 10% after the construction is finished. For added convenience, residents can pay either monthly or quarterly. VR Holding also offers a bank mortgage loan. We have a long-standing relationship with banks in Georgia, which makes it easier for customers to use mortgage loans when purchasing property in our projects.
