The development company VR Holding has started the implementation of the new premium class, modern planning project VR VAKE SKYVIEW TOWER in Vake. Construction has already started at 49 Chavchavadze Street.

VR VAKE SKYVIEW TOWER is 180 meters tall, the tallest building in Tbilisi, which introduces the latest standards in the city center.

“Within the scope of the project, it is planned to widen the roads, build recreational and resting spaces and squares, arrange additional parking spaces, which the residents of the surrounding area will be able to use. It should be noted that the highest swimming pool in Transcaucasia will be located on the top floor of the multifunctional complex. In addition, a helipad will be arranged on the roof of the building. All this together will add additional value to Tbilisi.

In this project, residents will find various types of well-equipped spaces: fitness centers, swimming pools, business centers and various restaurants. These landscaped spaces are designed to meet the needs of residents without leaving the project. The project will be completed in December 2028 and the apartments will be handed over to the residents with high-quality renovation, which also includes furniture and appliances,” Mananiko Namoradze, marketing manager of VR Holding, told Business Insider Georgia.
