VR Holding signed a cooperation agreement with the architectural company – NS Studio. The said partnership is related to another premium class development project of VR holding, VR Vake Skyview Tower, which will be located in the center of the capital, at 49 Ilia Chavchavadze street.
VR Vake Skyview Tower is a large-scale complex, therefore, its design is a time-consuming process and requires the involvement of professionals. That is why VR Holding held a competition for the design of the VR Vake Skyview Tower, in which experienced companies took part.
VR Holding was looking for a company with such experience that would be able to prepare a project of a similar scale. In the process, he would meet high standards.
The architectural company – NS Studio won the competition, which means that NS Studio will lead the design of the VR Vake Skyview Tower. NS Studio will prepare complete design documentation, including detailed architectural, structural and engineering design, as well as interior design.
VR Holding is implementing a large-scale project – VR Vake Skyview Tower on Chavchavadze Street in Vake, for which it was looking for an architectural company with great experience. A company that could implement such a project and meet such a high standard as VR Holding has been implementing in the construction sector for 15 years.
A competition was held, where both local and international companies participated. NS Studio won the competition. Today, a mutual cooperation agreement was signed, according to which NS Studio will prepare project documentation with the involvement of qualified architects, experts and consultants. It will be in compliance with Georgian legislation, as well as with international construction norms and standards,” says the marketing manager of VR Holding.
The highest quality product will be created in Tbilisi with the cooperation of two companies. The multifunctional complex will combine recreational and resting spaces, squares, parking spaces. The largest swimming pool in the South Caucasus will be located on the top floor of the VR Vake Skyview Tower. A helipad will be arranged on the roof of the building. That’s not all – the project will combine 5-star apartments of Marriott Executive Apartments. Premium class apartments will be designed for long-term rental.
